Firearm Transfers

Firearm transfer: $40 ea.
Ship a firearm: $40 ea. plus Shipping
Suppressor transfer: $100 ea.
You must be 18 years old to purchase a rifle or shotgun.
You must be 21 years old and a Maine resident to purchase a receiver or handgun.
Firearms can only be transferred to the person of record on the receipt of purchase.
Some non-resident purchasers may be restricted based on their residential state laws.
Shipped firearms are only accepted from FFL dealers.
Background checks must be conducted within 30 days of firearm transfer delivery.
